Synergy E-commerce Forum: How to occupy a niche, start logistics and gain customer trust

E-commerce has achieved a breakthrough over the past two years. Manufacturers and suppliers are actively moving to marketplaces, while companies are looking for ways to enter the marketplaces and create their online stores.

Synergy Business School brought together more than 100 users and experts at the Synergy E-commerce Forum to share experiences in the field of e-commerce. The 8-hour forum took place on June 2nd at the Richman House business center in Dubai, the leading city in terms of marketplace sales both in the UAE and the Middle East.

The experts told the participants about changes in the online trading market, working with large marketplaces, logistics opportunities, optimizing advertising costs, as well as ways to launch and promote online stores. Participants were able to ask questions, share their vision and receive recommendations on their cases.
